INTRODUCTION

EDGEWISE Therapeutics, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates (“we”, “our”, “us” and/or “Edgewise”) value the privacy of the users (“you” or “user”) of our website at www.beckermusculardystrophy.com (“Site”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, process, share and safeguard Personal Information we collect from you, or that you provide to us, in connection with the use of our Site or when you contact us by phone or email. This Privacy Policy also tells you about your rights and choices with respect to your Personal Information, and how you can contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your privacy rights. In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

This Privacy Policy does not cover Personal Information we collect or receive in the course of a clinical trial. If you become a participant in one of our clinical trials, we will inform you about how we handle your Personal Information in connection with that trial through the documentation you receive as part of your enrollment in that trial.

A. Information You Provide to Us.
